Has completed deteriorated. Was using them for last 12 years. Ironically many of my business trips were cut short and not once was I reimbursed after prepaying the parking. This year I arrived back on exactly the day I prepaid through and apparently since it was a few hours late they want another day of parking. I'm sending the money and giving my next 12 years of business to someone else. If you are one that needs help with luggage (I don't) the driver we had didn't even look up when we departed the coach.
