How long have you been in business?
Since 1996 full time first in a brick and mortar office for 10 years, now in a home office since 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
Any travel plans to any place in the world. I really love helping all kinds of groups travel together.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Looking back on my life, I would say in grade school. I remember stopping at a local hotel on my way home from school and going into their dark lobby and loading up on brochures. I thought I was stealing. I took them home and made scrap books of every state. It is a natural for me to be an owner because my husband and I have owned 6 businesses in the last 30 years. Right now I have 16 independent contractor travel agents all over the US working under my credentials.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have extensive knowledge of the industry because of the ongoing training I take advantage of. I have the highest certification available (CTC) in the travel industry and also (ECC) in the cruise industry. I have started an online travel agent training school with 36 classes. This has never been done before. In addition, I have authored 2 manuals for the industry. No one has done this. I have traveled all over the world and can help anyone make their travel dreams come true.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one location. As far as expanding, I will continually be adding new independent contractor agents working in their homes. There is no need for a brick and mortar office anymore. I am available from anywhere in the world, electronically

What type of payments do you accept?
Credit or debit cards.

All of the US and Canada
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner and responsible for the operation of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
Daytime hours either PDT or PST until about 8 PM. Weekends on "as needed" basis.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That their vacation was the most fabulous trip ever and made their dream come true.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
John 10:10. "The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy. But I have come to give you life abundantly." I get to help with that abundant life!!
