Jim Torrence has been working in the industry with his father since 1971, while attending college. Jim has received extensive training and experience in all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration. Jim maintains a Master Cleaning Technician Certification, which includes certification in carpet and upholstery cleaning, leather care and cleaning, carpet repair, reinstallation, odor control, color repair (spot dye) and water damage restoration.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Crystal Carpet Care has built its reputation on performing quality work at an affordable price, and is certain that no one else cleans carpet and upholstery more thoroughly. Customer satisfaction is paramount and we are reputed as having superior customer service. As always, our policy is customer satisfaction guaranteed.
