What is your primary product or service?
Religious books for the liturgical Christian community that includes Episcopalians, Roman Catholics, Lutherans, Presbyterians, United Methodists, and other denominations as well as those who, for whatever reason, do not "do" church at this time.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Co-owned by John and Nancy who were previously school teachers. Nancy began a small bookstore in her local congregation 27 years ago and learned the trade from there. John completed religious training in Seattle through the Diocese of Olympia. We purchased the existing business from the former owner who had managed it for about twenty years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer merchandise to a niche market of the spiritually active, religious, liberal Christian seekers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One bricks-and-mortar store in Seattle and an active website. We plan to concentrate our efforts on making the present location and website the best possible experience for our customers.
What type of payments do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (Novus), checks, and cash.
Which areas do you service?
Nationwide and international.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Nancy and John Marshall

Monday through Friday, 9:30 to 5:30 Saturdays, 10:00 to 5:00
