How long have you been in business?
I have been handcrafting hats for just over twenty years.
What is your primary product or service?
Hats, handcrafted from recycled textiles and found objects.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My interest was piqued by my study of medieval and rennaisance history and culture, of which fashion is a very subtle but important part.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My hats are very unique, a fusion of historical and cultural design with modern detail. My hats are still hand embroidered, hand finished, and about 90% hand sewn, which sets me apart from my competitors. Actually, I have no competitors : )
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am a one woman business in the State of Washington. I currently show my hats in 3-5 galleries and as many shows across the US.

I am an online business.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept VISA, MC and PayPal online. I also accept checks and money order by mail.
Which areas do you service?
I ship anywhere in the USA
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am a one woman business, in charge of all operations.
What are your hours of operation?
By appointment.
