How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a second generation owner, the Business started a hobbie of my Mother. My son has followed us into the business
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are an independent Family orientated business, with much knowledge of our products and services
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location. We feel it is best to give all our attention to one place of business
Provide detailed directions to your location
65th and Bothell way (hwy 522) We are one building off of Bothell way in Kenmore at 65th
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check Credit or Debit
Which areas do you service?
Kenmore, Bothell, Lynwood, KIrkland, Seattle Woodinville Shoreline We do have customers who come from areas farther away then our core area of service
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
George Maser and Denise McDonald are co owners, Brother and Sister Joni Monro and Wesley McDonald manage the Pet Retail Denise McDonald, and Becky Esch manage the Grooming
What are your hours of operation?
Retail pet store, MOn through Thursday 9am till 7 Pm Fri and Sat open until 6 pm Sunday 10 till 5pm Grooming department opens at 7:15 am groomers lock up when done but dogs may go home as late as Pet department is open
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
being a loyal customer for years on end, and refering family and friends.

We know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 And we love all Gods creatures
