How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since november of 1998 at present location.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialze in clutch, automatic, and manual transmission service and repair. we also do axles, brakes, cooling system services, and Timing belt repairs,we can do major engine work also, ie head gasket, motor replacement
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working on cars in 1974, I was a mechanic, service writer, manager for sears automotive for 20 years before retiring and starting my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer high quality service to our customers, we use the best parts available with excellent warranty. honest shop, and we won't reccomend services that are not needed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location at this time. 85th and Aurora near greenlake.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Take 85th st. exit from either direction of I-5, head west till you come to Aurora Ave. North. we are located in strip mall on SW corner of intersection.
What type of payments do you accept?
we accept all major credit cards except american express. No personal checks
Which areas do you service?
we service the greater seattle area, lynnwood, ballard, crown hill,greenlake, edmonds.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My name is Derek Todd and I am the owner.
What are your hours of operation?
we are open 8:30- 6:00 monday through friday. but can work on saturdays if needed.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
integrity and honesty.
