Note servicing, printing and mailing of statements, coupon books, etc., National Change of Address updates, Graveco software for loan servicing and for lease management, lock box services including ACH, recurring payments, web payments and phone payments, mailing services such as folding, inserting and posting pre-sorted mail, HOA and lease payment processing, IRS 1031 management, IRS 1098 and 1099 processing
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Three: locations Seattle, WA, Sacramento, CA and Reno, NV. We are in negotiations to acquire two other note-servicing software applications. We are expanding the features of Graveco Software's Contract Collector / Lease Collector to include web payment and phone payment modules. AFTS is always interested in sub-servicing or acquiring loan portfolios.
