From the first call & on we were provided great customer service! The arm of our motorized retractable broke and the company we bought it from went out of business so we had no idea of brand, etcetera. I called Rob, who just by my description and a picture I text him, was able to figure it out. Due to placing house for sale and having a open house in 1 week we were desperate for a quick fix. Rob ordered the replacement arm express and scheduled a team to do the replacement in less than 1 week! And at a very reasonable cost! This company went above and beyond for us and we are so very grateful! The team was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job!
