Ray and Marcus have provided great service to us for at least the past five years. I first engaged ABN for total IT support, when my previous IT support vendor, a former client of my CPA practice, really fell down on the job and left us in a very bad situation that could have resulted in the collapse of my accounting practice. Through the efforts of Ray and Marcus we were able to get through that difficult period. I’ve never looked back. ABN has continued to do a great job for me, as well as being pleasant to work with. I heartily recommend ABN for your IT support needs.

We started using ABN as our IT specialists 7 years ago. They have significantly reduced our IT costs and increased our system reliability tremendously. Their quick response time and ability to resolve the majority of our occasional problems remotely has almost eliminated down time caused by network system or workstation malfunctions. Software updates or new installations have become a painless process. We highly recommend ABN.

I have utilized numerous services of the above parties since 1996, and continue to do so. Utilization of their services have included many computer aspects, including the following –
◾New company / location set-up
◾System upgrade, software and hardware
◾Server installation and maintenance
◾Communication and interface with various third party sites, i.e. credit reporting agencies, automated underwriting systems and ISP
