How long have you been in business?
We have been open for 15 months, opening first of the year in 2015.
What is your primary product or service?
Cell Phone, Computer and Electronics Repair, including retails sales of accessories and other electronics (cell phones, tablets, cameras).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Working at Microsoft I became very interested in owning my own business and wanted to provide services related to technology, and consumer technology trends. Nowadays most people have multiple devices which are integral to their daily routines, providing a service that affects these technologies supports this interest and is important to most consumers and business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unlike others working in this space, we have the capability to work on a variety of devices, all makes and models. We also can do board level repairs using micro-solder techniques. Our success rates with water damaged devices has also been very good.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Yes, I am looking to open another store in the surrounding area.
Provide detailed directions to your location
In the U-District, we are two blocks East of University Village on 45th Street, between UVillage and Children's Hospital. We are an easy location to get to have ample free parking.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service the greater Puget Sound and have customers as far away as Alaska and Oregon.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open everyday, 10 am to 7 pm, except Sundays when our hours are 11 am to 5 pm.
